Privacy policy
This policy explains how Digital Courses Australia handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Last updated 1 March 2026.
Who we are
Digital Courses is published at https://digitalcourses.com.au. Editorial mail is support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you have a privacy complaint that we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
What we collect
- Name, email address and message text when you use the contact form.
- Technical logs that a host may keep: IP address, browser, referring page.
- Information you send us as a contributor, including clips and invoices.
We do not run an account system. We do not sell mailing lists. We do not ask for tax file numbers, Unique Student Identifiers or copies of qualifications.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to edit a commissioned piece, to correct the record, and to keep the site secure. Contact form submissions are forwarded to our editorial inbox. We keep correspondence for up to two years unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages do not depend on advertising cookies. If a hosting platform sets a strictly necessary cookie, it is for security or load balancing. We do not use that data to build a marketing profile.
Overseas disclosure
Our form delivery and hosting providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to deal with services that handle information securely. Do not send health records or children’s information through the form.
Access and correction
Email support@worldwidebacklinks.com to ask what we hold about you or to request a correction. We will respond within a reasonable period. For publication errors, use the corrections path in our editorial standards.
